MATT TALKS STREAMING FESTIVALS IN 2020

Matt’s (basically) hometown newspaper, The Woonsocket Call, interviewed him about his appearing on multiple streaming festivals this summer. An excerpt:

DeMello: Who knows? Maybe this could spurn into an alternative artform we might think of alongside music videos and album releases. Especially if we’re writing and forming music specifically to fit this format, which is basically what I’m doing now. These videos can stay up on YouTube, so they're almost like recording sessions you get to watch.

He also discusses performing Abbey Road live last year with the Significant Looks and what the future has in store for 2020 and beyond. Many thanks to writer and PVD scene evangelist Rob Duguay for the spot. You can enjoy the rest of the interview here.

Here’s Matt performing at VoidFest 2020, which he discusses in the article:

MATT DEBUTS NEW STREAMING SET FOR VIRTUAL OASIS FESTIVAL

Matt has a new streaming performance video that debuts tonight via the Virtual Oasis Festival made available at the Vapor Memory YouTube Channel. You can check it out below:

The set opens with a new song (“Body in a Hearse”), a new version of “Lightrider Defense Network (Would That it Were So Simple)”, plus footage that didn’t quite make the original VoidFest set from April of this year.

Stay safe, stay sane, and stay tuned for more updates on end of year releases coming soon! <3m
